How to get the Squarespace student discount
Squarespace offers a staggering 50% off the first full year of Squarespace when you’re a student. You have to purchase an annual plan, and all pricing plans are eligible.
So, if you buy the personal plan, you pay $96 for the year rather than $192!
Step 1
To get the discount, you need to sign up for Student Beans. This is an international discount portal for students, so if you enrol, you can take advantage of other fantastic discounts too.
Step 2
When you register, you’ll need to verify that you’re a student. Select the college or university you study with.
You’ll then need to log into your learning portal, receive a verification link to your official student email, or submit an official document to show you’re in education.
Step 3
After you’re verified, go to the Student Beans Squarespace page. Sign in with your Student Beans account, and you’ll receive a code.
This code expires at the end of the calendar year it was created, so if you request it in September 2023, you must use it by December 31, 2023.
Step 4
Finally, go to Squarespace and create an account. Click the Upgrade button, which will be visible in edit mode, or go to Settings, Billing, and Subscriptions. Choose the plan you want to sign up for and choose to pay annually.
Enter your code in the Promo code field, and you’re ready to enjoy your Squarespace student discount!
Some things to bear in mind about the Squarespace student discount
The discount only applies to your first year of Squarespace. When your site renews, you’ll be charged the full amount
You can’t use the code alongside any other discount codes

Squarespace can redeem the code retroactively if needed. To do this, log into your site, go to contact customer support, select billing and paying for Squarespace, and student discount. Enter ‘retroactive student discount refund’, and in the subject line, enter the offer code you got from Student Beans
