2. Check your Squarespace plan: Spark Plugin support the Business and Commerce plans, not the Personal plan.
1. Did your trial or subscription end? Customizations only show on active trials and subscriptions.
2. Do you have an error message? Open Spark Plugin in Squarespace and see if it says anything.
